The short version

We deliver anywhere in Egypt in 2 to 3 business days. One pack costs 85 EGP to deliver; two packs or more deliver free. Pay the courier in cash, or pay by card at checkout.

Service duration

• Order processing: orders are packed and handed to the courier within one business day of being placed.
• Delivery: 2 to 3 business days from dispatch, across all governorates of Egypt. Cairo and Giza are usually at the faster end. Remote areas can take up to 5 business days.
• Business days: Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched on Saturday.
• Holidays and sale periods: add a day or two.
• Tracking: you get an SMS from the courier when your order is out for delivery.

Where we deliver

All governorates of Egypt. We do not ship outside Egypt yet.

What it costs

• One pack: 85 EGP delivery, added at checkout.
• Two packs or more: free delivery. Applied automatically in the cart; there is no code to enter.
• All prices on the site are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT.

Paying for your order

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier the amount shown on your order confirmation. Please have the exact amount ready where you can.
• Card: pay at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

On the day

• The courier calls the phone number on your order before delivery, so please give a number you answer.
• If nobody is available, the courier tries again the next business day. After two failed attempts the order returns to us; we contact you to rearrange or refund. Card orders are refunded in full.
• Check the outer packaging when you receive it. If a pack is damaged, refuse it or photograph it and contact us the same day; see our refund & exchange policy.

Storage after delivery

Keep sachets at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. Raw honey can crystallise; warming the sachet in your hand for a minute brings it back. That is a sign nothing was heat-treated.
