These terms apply to every order placed on this website, operated by Nutry, Cairo, Egypt ("Nutry", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed, so they are short.

1. What we sell

Nutry sachets are a food: raw Egyptian honey, 20 g per sachet, nothing else. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

2. Who can order

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months.
• Always read the label.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include VAT. Delivery is charged as set out in our shipping policy.
• We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.
• Payment is by cash on delivery or by card at checkout. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
• Multi-pack discounts are applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.

4. Orders

• An order is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot reach you at the phone number given. If we cancel a paid order we refund it in full.
• You can cancel before dispatch free of charge, as described in our refund & exchange policy.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We cannot be responsible for a delivery that fails because of wrong details.

5. Delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds

Delivery times, costs and what happens if you are not home are in the shipping policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and damaged items are in the refund & exchange policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Product information

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and allergen information. Packaging may occasionally differ from the images on the site. If anything on the label differs from the website, the label is correct. Tell us and we will fix the site.

7. Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are fit for purpose. We are not responsible for losses that were not caused by our breach of these terms, or that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Egyptian consumer protection law.

8. Content and trademarks

The Nutry name, logo, packaging, photographs and text on this site belong to Nutry. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content commercially without asking.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Cairo.
