where it goes

anywhere you'd want a spoon of honey.

And nowhere you'd want to carry a jar. Each sachet is 20 g, about one tablespoon. Enough for a cup, a bowl or a slice.

  • in teaOne sachet, one cup. Stir. The way your grandmother did it, minus the drips.
  • on oats and yoghurtPour it in a line over the top. The corner does the drizzle for you.
  • in coffeeSweeter than sugar, so you use less of it.
  • on toastTear, draw a line, done. No knife in the jar.
  • in the lunch boxSealed, flat and clean. Fine at the bottom of a bag all week.
  • the desk drawerOr the car, or the gym bag. Honey keeps. Wherever you are at 4 pm.

what's in it

one ingredient. that's it.

Raw Egyptian honey, strained and filled cold. Nothing added to make it pour, keep, or taste like something else. Every batch goes to the lab before it goes in a sachet.

why a sachet

the jar has three problems.

01the spoonA tablespoon of honey is 20 g. Nobody measures.A sachet is the measure. Same amount every time, no spoon to lick or wash.
02the lidHoney on the rim, honey on the shelf, a lid that glues itself shut.Tear the corner. It is sealed until the moment you want it, and there is nothing to close.
03the last thirdThe bottom of the jar crystallises and gets thrown away. Each sachet is opened the day it is used. The twelfth is as fresh as the first.

questions

the usual questions.

Is it really raw?

Yes. It is strained to take out wax and bits of comb, and filled at room temperature. It is never heated, so it keeps the taste and the pollen of the honey it came from.

Where is the honey from?

Egypt. We buy from apiaries here and every batch is tested in a lab for purity before it is filled.

It has gone solid. Is it off?

No. Raw honey crystallises, especially in winter. Hold the sachet in your hands for a minute and it turns back to liquid. It is a sign nothing was heat-treated.

Can children have it?

Yes, from 12 months. Honey is not suitable for babies under one year old.

How long does it keep?

Honey does not go off. Keep the pack at room temperature and out of direct sun. Best within a year of the date on the pack.

Delivery and returns?

Anywhere in Egypt in 2–3 days. 85 EGP for one pack, free from two. Pay the courier in cash or by card at checkout. Return it within 14 days, unopened, for a refund.
