Each 20 g sachet holds 15 g of raw Egyptian honey and 5 g of creatine monohydrate. That's the whole list. No flavouring, no sweetener, no flow agent.

5 g a day is the maintenance dose used in the research. No loading phase, no cycling.

How do I take it?

Tear the corner and take it straight, or stir it into coffee, yoghurt or oats. One a day, any time you'll remember. No water needed.

Raw honey can crystallise. Warm the sachet in your hand for a minute. It's a sign nothing was heat-treated.

Is it safe?
